A four session workshop designed for people who are divorced or separated, and wish to take a creative approach to healing and personal growth.   


Divorce can be a very challenging and painful process, but also presents an opportunity to take an in depth look at your life, your choices, and your desires. Take advantage of this life transition by getting to know yourself better, discover how to stop repeating negative and destructive patterns, and start building positive and loving relationships in your life.  

This workshop will help you:

  • let go and move on

  • reduce conflict in your life

  • improve communication with your ex

  • co-parent successfully

  • increase your self-awareness

  • stop negative thought and behavioral patterns

  • explore creative outlets for stress reduction

  • manage and release your anger

  • strengthen your single parenting skills and help children process in healthy ways

  • form new, healthy relationships


-Workshop combines lecture, discussion, group interaction, handouts, and creative, experiential exercises.

-Curriculum is based on mindfulness and arts therapy techniques 

-Held over the span of 4 weeks, once a week, for 2 hours each time.

-Registration is for the entire 4 weeks.  To benefit fully, it is recommended that you attend all 4 sessions.
