WELLNESS hacks

Although I work in mental health, I strongly believe in taking a whole-bodied, holistic approach to wellness.  Our bodies, brains, emotions and behavior are all intricately linked, so only targeting one area, while ignoring the others, might not get your the results you're seeking.  I encourage all my clients to take stock of their life and habits as a whole, as often minor tweaks can lead to  dramatic positive change.  Here are some simple and easy ways to improve the quality of your life.
